Local peonies (New Jersey) are finally arriving. Our warm then cold then warm again weather has really befuddled the peony crop with delays in maturation. The earliest varieties, Coral Charm and Paula Fay (limited) are arriving over the weekend with more varieties to follow. We will be delivering these beauties on Tuesday and Wed next week. And we will be offering these for the next few weeks.
And speaking of local, I was visiting our main farm in Lancaster this past Saturday, and was really impressed by the late spring and early crops pushing ahead. Snapdragons, statice, stock, calendula, dahlias, zinnias, and loads more for the months ahead. We will be offering a full range weekly, so stay tuned. But for now, take some time to enjoy the peonies, they love and deserve the attention.
And by the way, be kind. Now we are opening up, remember the person next to you is someones' loved one and they deserve their life and liberty too.
